This week saw a major development in House Democrats ongoing impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump, with damaging testimony by Ambassador William Taylor appearing to draw a direct line between the withholding of security assistance to Trump’s desire for a public investigation by Ukraine into Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and his son.
